- Access your online portal by visiting https://spsf.appfolio.com/
connect . If your password is not working, you can reset your password by clicking on the "forgot password" link. - From your home screen, click on "contact us."
- Then you will click "request maintenance" and provide a detailed description of the issue you are having, and then click next.
- You will then follow the prompts on the following page to categorize your issue, provide photos and/or video (if applicable), give permission for us to enter and let us know how you'd like to be reached for updates on the status of your work order. After clicking on "submit request" you will be kept In the loop with next steps.
Is my work order considered an emergency?
An emergency request is any request that affects the safety and security of a building, is causing severe damage to the property, or severely impacts a tenants ability to use their apartment. Examples of emergency request are fire, flood, broken exterior access points (locking windows and doors), and non-functioning kitchens or bathrooms. Emergency requests are addressed immediately regardless of whether it is a weekend or holiday.
